Refund Policy
When you shop at gear gadget, we want you to be 100% satisfied with all your purchase! Quality product and customer service are our main focus. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we are more than happy to exchange or refund the product.
EXCHANGES: Items may be exchanged within 7 days past date of delivery. Original product packaging must be included with the return. If the product is received without original packaging, is used or damaged in any way your order cannot be exchanged and will be returned.
REFUNDS: Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We are not responsible for any purchase after this 30 day period. Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., your receive the wrong item). We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested. Negative feedback does not solve anything. If you have a problem with your order please contact us first. We are always willing to work for you
REFUNDS PAST 30 DAYS: We are not able to process refunds outside of our 30-day policy. However, if your item is defective and you wish to return this, we can offer either a replacement or a discount. Each request will need to be submitted and approved by a customer support representative.
